General Terms & Conditions Studio Stefania Migliorati

Studio Stefania Migliorati (hereinafter the Provider) informs you about its General Terms and Conditions for contracts concluded on www.stefaniamigliorati.com/shop (hereinafter the Shop) between the Provider and the Customer.

The Customer can select, add to cart and buy the goods in the Shop. Once purchased, the Customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail by the Provider, which is not the acceptance of the order. The Provider will send a second e-mail with the order confirmation/declaration of acceptance where it is listed the order review, the order confirmation and the general terms and conditions and the cancellation policy.

Delivery times change according to the delivery location and they are indicated in the order confirmation.

All prices are tax inclusive.

Shipping costs are indicated in the shopping cart before the purchase is finalized.

If the Customer desires special transport, shipping or framing conditions, please inform us at studio@stefaniamigliorati.com

Payments can be processed by credit card or PayPal.

Claims of the Customer for damages to the Provider, are excluded, unless the Provider has intentionally provided a defected good or goods or the Provider and the Customer have agreed on a different quality of the good.

The Customer has the right of withdrawal which means the right to revoke your contract within 14 days you receive the good or goods.

In order to revoke the contract you need to inform us at studio@stefaniamigliorati.com.

The refund will be processed once the good or goods will be sent back to us.

You must return the good or goods within 14 days by your request of revocation.

Shipping returning costs are bearded by the Customer.

The Customer is responsible for the damages to the goods which are not connected to a necessary testing of the conditions of the goods. The Customer will have to pay for those damages.
