Description
This co-exclusive design was created with my nine-year-old niece, Giorgia Migliorati.
It is intended to be printed on fabric to be used for children’s clothing, furniture upholstery and wallpaper.
The Way I See It collection is an attempt to grant the main protagonists of childhood, children themselves, agency in shaping the objects they grow up with and which certainly play a key role in their development.
This work is inspired by a principle of self-determination that seeks to go beyond many of the assumptions imposed on childhood, such as the notion of binary gender distinction expressed by the colors pink and blue.
